I bought a new desk at the end of last year. & I set up a little side table for some extra space. I expected my cat to maybe sit or nap more on the side table, but he doesn't seem too interested.
On Wednesday night I was working late and my cat was annoyed. He usually jumps on my desk, when he's had enough. Usually after a full work day. But on this day he just jumped on my side table and looked somewhat annoyed. (Maybe more annoyed, when I started taking photos of him).

No photos on the 16th. It was foggy in the morning and I tried to take some pictures, but they just didn't come out the way I expected. Nothing worth sharing.
I have lived in my current city for 24 years. And... The dense fog still surprises me. I forgot that is part of the local weather patterns.

Everyone is always asking me if he is a purebred. I got him at the animal shelter for $5. Because he was not a kitten and thus no one wanted him. (I know zero about where he came from, how old he really is, or if he is a purebred.) We've had him for 13 years, so he's probably about 14 years old. He's an old man.
