HEre you go - 2 WONDERFUL recipes. I don't have the calorie count on these but both very filling and delightful. The meatloaf recipe - I usually eat 1/2 of a mini-meatloaf and am stuffed! & the chicken with rice is very filling too.
Oh - 1 warning - chicken calls for way too much pepper - when I make it I cut it in 1/2 - still very spicy. If you do not like spice, sprinkle some very lightly, or everyone can season to taste theirselves. It is just too much even for us hot food lovers.
